Happy Tuesday!!!!  We are going to Atlanta this weekend and I did the stupidest thing.  I booked our flight home on Monday at 10:00 at night instead of in the morning..how dumb!!  It's not like this is my first time booking because I actually it do it a lot during the year...I guess I just wasn't thinking. They want over $900.00 to change them so we might go to the airport on Monday to see if we can get on another flight and then it will only cost us $100.00 total.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Mainly because I know I still malabsorb the protein nutrients.  I'm not as compliant as you may think .  My 3 protein coffees is really a 24 oz mug filled with 3 scoops protein and the rest coffee.

I usually have good intentions on a protein drink at night, in lieu of a meal, but it doesn't happen very often.  I do that when I'm trying to get off a few pounds I've put on....

Roz, I've done wrong time, wrong dates on reservations.  The airline has always let me off the hook.  They must be getting stricter.  Still in DC - sitting all day in sessions.  Great information but I am already a little antsy.  I've never been good at long meetings!

I hate meetings too!  When I'm bored, I want to eat....you are doing a good job!!

Had some dental work at 900 this morning. at noon I was still numb to the roots of my hair,lol. 300 still numb so i just turned this into a liquid day. Kept biting the inside of my jaw cause I couldn't tell it was in the way.

Hi Roz, good thing you figured out the mistake now and not when you arrived at the airport for a 10 am flight.  I have missed a flight because I didn't realize the earlier time.  Hope you get the earlier flight home.
I am in a not feeling like eating mood today.
