Clear Liquids: 2 days
Day 1 - Jello, Chicken Broth, Water
Duck Broth (homemade), Chicken Broth, Jello, powdered Vitamins in Water
Jello, Water (throughout rest of the night)
44 oz. total liquid, 16 gms Protein
Day 2 - Duck Broth, Vitamins in Water (gave up on these, it hurt going through
Jello, Water, more Jello
44 oz. total liquid, 8 gms Protein
Full Liquids: 3 days
Day 1 - Water, Slender Soymilk w/Protein, Jello
Slender Soymilk w/Protein, Creamed Potato Soup (strained w/unflavored Protein)
Water, Nectar w/Water
8 cups total liquid, 110 gms Protein
Day 2 - Slender Soymilk w/Protein, Jello
Cream of Mushroom soup (strained w/unflavored Protein)
Jello and more Jello
40 oz. total liquid, 52 gms Protein
Day 3 - Hot Chocolate w/milk & Protein, water (Hot Chocolate Drink went through me)
Nectar w/Water through rest of afternoon and into evening
Jello through remainder of evening
5 3/4 C. total liquid, 77 gms Protein
Pureed Foods (plus clear & full liquids) 3 weeks, here's my first day... yesterday
Day 1 - Slender Soymilk & Choc. Unjury Protein (went right through me)
Chicken & Sweet Potato Organic Baby Food
Nectar Protein w/water
Spinach & Carrots Organic Baby Food (nom!)
Jello
Pureed Progresso 50% sodium Italian Wedding Meatball soup (HEAVEN)
60 oz. Total liquid, 68 gms Protein
Hope that helps!! Now that i'm into the pureed foods I'm sure it's going to get more interesting. Don't worry about protein the first two days home. Start up on day 3 when you start "full" liquids. Start taking chewable vitamins when you start pureed foods, unless you have liquid vits that you can start now. Rest dahlink...
