Thanks, Gail. I know what you mean about needing to progress. There is an ab machine that I could barely do three reps. Some of the leg stuff I could do pretty well, but the most of the arm and chest stuff was tough. I may hire the woman who trained me on the machines, since she is older and very patient.

I'll try an elliptical machine, too, for more cardio. Unless I drag the dog part of the walk, I don't get up to a good speed. She is a true dog and wants to read every p-mail she passes. See you soon.

Congratulations Wendy!!  That is great.

Wonderful Valentines present you gave yourself.  I have not worked out like I should and I do not have near the strength I used to have.  Of course, I had a lot of fat to push things around and that is gone now!!

Thanks, Linda. I think we all lose strength as we age. The trick is to keep trying to stay even. (LOL)

congrats for sure.  I was thrilled when I was "overweight".

I do Curves and Zumba there but I have thought about a personal trainer for a while.  As active as I am, I know I am not strong and wonder about having lost muscle.

Thanks, Price. I bet handling the ponies requires strength. Like I said to Linda, I think we all lose muscle as we age and need to work to stay even.

You look awfully close based on your ticker. It seems like it is slow, then one day the accumulated loss is wonderful.

It never seems fast enough, but the miracle of our surgery is that it happens and we can keep it off, if we work at it. Enjoy the ride. There are always new fun discoveries about weight loss.
