Ignorant newbie.... lizards?

I haven't been on this board long enough to get to know the slang and nicknames for things. What's up with the swinging lizards and how exactly do you do that??

Kelly, Swinging lizards is our way to wish someone good luck, say a prayer, ect    Cindy

 Took me a while to figure out. Swinging lizards is meant to avoid giving offense with prayer, good luck, etc. Things some people don't believe in. It's a universal way of telling people we care about them.
