Sorry, I was thinking of the low PTH issue...sorry. I stand by my recommendation for 50,000IUs a day for dry D3 for 60 days for you though.

I picked up the D3 the other day but it is liquid inside gel cap I guess I got the wrong one. I will probably finish this up and then get the dry kind. My husband started taking it also so the bottle will go fast.

Not sure what my labs are yet since I just had them done on Friday but I will call tomorrow and have them fax the results. As soon as I get them I will post them on here.

I don't like coffee so that is out of the question LOL I know I must be wierd for not liking it but my hubby doesn't like it either so I guess we are wierd together HEHE!!!!!!!!

I have some samples but I do want to order some more. There are so many protein shakes out there it is hard to know what to get.

I know how nerve wracking this whole thing is. I haven't gotten my date yet and I am so nervous that everything will be called off. I think that's pretty typical.

I will not be able to breath easy until I hear the word ins approved. Just the thought that I have been going thru this for almost year now and if ins denies I don't know what I am going to do. Makes me mad that you can do everything they want to a T yet they can still deny you if they get a hair across their behinds.

I just finished up my 6 months of dr supervised diet. Good luck I hope you get your surgery in April. :)
