2/12 Morning Coffee

I really need my coffee today........LOL  I hung out with my best friend of 26 years last night and we had ****tails til 2 in the morning....I was up by 7 and really needed the pick me up!
I've felt so disconnected from my friend because she has such a busy life these days.  She just had a baby 2 months ago.  We were discussing our surgery.....she is 6 yrs post RNY.  She is waiting for insurance approval for a TT and plans to have it as soon as she gets approval.  I shared her all the wisdom I've gained about Vit/Mins (thanks Gina) and the importance of protein shakes in helping her and her daughter with losing and providing the nutritional base for exercise so they can lose FAT not muscle.  Her olderst daughter is the same age as Aura and struggles with her weight.  I'm going to bring them to Vitamin Shoppe today and pick out some Nectar for her and her daughter that they can use.  I'm so thankful for this site and try to get my friends involved because there is so much support and information on here that is so helpful!  I know my friend Mary is a lurker.....LOL  I wish you would post MARY......LOL  I know I'm awesome and all but I really don't know all the answers.....LOL

Have a great weekend gang.....weather is good here and getting better!  It will be nice to get out of the house today!

Good morning! It looks nice outside but I'm stuck inside doing laundry. I hope Mary will post too. Let's see the labs, babeee!
 
When my son was using shakes, he lost quite a bit of weight. Unfortunately, he turned 21 and all that loss has come back with the beer and drinks. {sigh}

We have glorious sunshine here today and we are actually above the freezing point! The high is projected at 37!
