I met Dawn in South Bend! Tom had a work "pre-retirement" conference to go to. I contacted Dawn to see if she'd be available for lunch. We had such a great time! It was like we'd known each other forever, and Tom was quite amused by it. He said it was grea****ching us talking about "stuff" we knew about - LOL. Uh oh - I've got my eyes closed... oh well...

And just for fun, here's a picture of Tom and I Dawn took of us

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

It was really great to finally meet someone from the board! I really enjoyed my time with Jody and Tom! I do really miss being everyone too, this class certification class I took is sucking the life out of me! Other than that, I am still the clinical manager of a wound healing center and do a little home care on the weekends. I still make sure I get all of my protein in, I still do not exercise and I still dump if I eat too many carbs!! Oh, and I am still doing well with my New Years Resolution.... which was to have NO resolutions! : )!
