The key to maintaining is High Protein and Low Carb and you are doing an awesome job!!  

Gina is our bloodwork specialist.  She has kept me on track...thinking of vitamins...gotta go take mine.  Things are always out of order on the weekends.

Today so far is high calorie day..but actually my carb intake is not so high.. I was at a 40 day Memorial mass and just couldn't resist the Kibee..but since it was homemade..it's not full of cracked wheat.. but still... I couldn't resist.. BAD BAD BAD!!
