It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Hubby has made reservations at Bone Fish for Valentines Day and there's a chocolate torte cake in the fridge down stairs. Don't hold Monday's M&M against me, okay?

My DH's idea of taking me out for Valentines Day is Texas Roadhouse...his favorite place to eat.
SIL took DD out last night to Pittsburgh. There bill was around $120.00....We've never done that in our lives!! We got to watch Houston though, but we got orders not to let him go to sleep until 9:00, but he didn't make it. At 7:50....he was out cold and there wasn't any waking him up. Of course we were in trouble...LOL

B: Chike protein w. skim milk
L: 2 oz boars head chicken wraped around pickle slice and string cheese w. brown mustard on top. Yum. Ate all but 3 bites, and the dogs loved the rest.
S: Maybe the greek yogurt I wipped up for breakfast but found I couldn't eat after the Chike. However, I'm still really full from lunch
D: Shrimp. Probably will just boil a few and I'm going to make my own ****tail sauce. I bought no sugar ketchup and some horseraddish. This is my first time since surgery trying shrimp, so I'm not going to eat much.
S: Nectar protein w. V8 diet splash
Totals: 608 cal, 10 fat, 39 carbs, 94 protein
Miles: Took a walk on the 4-mile greenway, went 3 miles. The walk was supposed to be with a group of WLS patients. I was the only "patient" to show up, but I walked anyway with the two New Balance store folks (New Balance supports the group). This was the first time I tried to join this group, I heard about it at a support group meeting. Granted it was 26 degrees and this is Charlotte, so I understand why no one showed. See I'm originally from Wisconsin, 26 degrees wasn't going to stop me. It's supposed to get up to 54 today, so I think I'll also take a nice walk with the dogs this afternoon. Tomorrow I start my c25K training!
Valentines is Monday right? Still time to get something, but after 34 years of marriage, I can't think what. Sure can't be chocolates. He won't eat them and I don't want to see them.
