X Post Woo Hoo! Goal and the Century Club!
I made it 11 days short of 7 months! I am at goal. I am so happy. My goal was 100 lbs lost from my top weight of 240 lbs. I started in July at 218 lbs so I haven't lose 100 lbs since I started but from my top.
I don't plan on changing my eating at this time. I am comfortable with the way I eat and I wouldn't mind losing 5 or 10 more lbs to give a little bounce room. Once I do get comfortable I plan on adding about 100 calories at a time until I find that balance of calories in vs calories burned. That is when the real fun begins. I didn't do so well last time with maintainance so this should be interesting.
