Menus and Miles Friday Feb. 11th
Hi Roz and team
It has been a heck of week I am not sure where the time has gone. I have been running around like a mad woman. This weekend, going to try to get some stuff done around the house. My running around has nothing in particular, just about mid terms for the students and usual lessons, but for some reason it has been very hectic. So I am back after a few days. I was pretty good though!
B-Oatmeal and Protein powder (30 g)
L - 1/2 protein bar (14 g)
D - Sashimi (30 g) Salmon and Tuna
S- Protein shake (30 g)
I am still very aware of what I put in my mouth, however even being so busy this week, I didn't cheat. Frisco wrote when he reached goal and I remember he said, the first 6 months are a gift, don't blow it or something to that effect.
So glad I have all of you to help keep me on track. I see so many people doing so well and it makes me realise I am not alone.
Anyway, have a lovely weekend.

You are right about taking advantage of the "honeymoon" period, but I think it's more like a year than 6 months and even longer for some of us.

It would be nice to be able to put on whatever you want to wear in the morning. I always had to dress up at the jewelry store so being able to wear jeans occasionally is a treat.
Was your DGD's Birthday party Friday or Saturday. I answered so many posts last night that I got a little confused. That was such a Cute cake you made her.

I wear jeans every day too,unless I decide to keep on my jammies all day. I pretend to work at home,lol
The week seems to have gone by fast as did last week. Have had trouble going to sleep last two nights. Wondering if it is the bedtime cocoa protein,so not having it tonight to see if it makes any difference. I forgot to get it in earlier so only one for the day.
Was supposed to have a cardiac stress test yesterday,but it was cancelled b/c of the weather. Rescheduled for Wed next week. No caffiene 24 hrs prior,so I will miss several shakes during that time unless I pick up some other flavor,which I will prob do.

I used to work at home but I got so bored and didn't like not having people to talk to. You on the other hand have lots of animals to talk to and keep you company. My DD's yorkie and I were the only ones up this morning and he was running around here trying his hardest to get my attention.
Good totals, but once you can have caffine again I'd like to see you get at least 60g from Whey Protein.
