You must like your Triscuits like I enjoy my Cheezits.  If I have my serving of Cheezits they last me all afternoon but without them I might grab several different things and still not be satisfied.

Good Varity and I'm glad to see that at least 50 grams of your Prtoein are from Whey.

Hmm.  Haven't given it much thought yet.

B:  Protein coffee (1.5 scoops) @ 6:30
S:  2 Morningstar sausage patties @ 10:30, first time w. these, very filling -  don't know I can do lunch
L: 1 oz boars head low sodium chicken, 1 piece string cheese
D:  4 patty melt bites

T:  678 cal, 28 fat, 14 carb, 95 protein

Miles, did 44 minutes on elliptical 3.12 miles a.k.a. 5 K, lunges and situps.  Don't feel like upper body weights but maybe later.  The sausage patties are sitting pretty heavy in my pouch right now, we'll see if it passes.

I still can't do sausage and if I do I can only do a few bites.  They are way to greasy for me and cause me a little nausea.

Even if it ups you calories I would love to see 1more Protein drink (about 60g total for the day)

Good Variety and Totals!

Good morning. I've been tracking my food on the daily plate for the last few days and I have been eating well over 2000mg of sodium a day...I cut it down to 1100 today so we'll see if that does anything to the scale since I haven't lost this week at all.

I've never checked my sodium totals, but I can tell when I've had to much because my ankles feel a little puffy and the scales go up a little.

Awesome totals!!

Are you using Whey Protein?  Are you getting at least 60 grams a day just from those?

What a crazy night!  I arrived home really ready for a good night's sleep.  At 3 am, I got a call from the ER letting me know that my mom had fallen but was alright and "resting comfortably."  The doctor insisted that I pick her up in the dead of night with the temps at 10 degrees.  I was half dazed but did it.  I found my poor mom was in bad pain from a problem in her hip unrelated to the fall.  I insisted that she be prescribed pain meds.  The doctor did not even have the courtesy to talk with me.  The kicker is that it was very quiet in the ER (I used to manage ERs in another life so I know).  My mom was in great pain but I managed to get her settled at  home and gave her a muscle relaxer.  I got her a script for hydocodone, which should help.  Everyone keeps saying it is arthritis as if that means she just has to live with it.  I have a call into her PCP, and I am looking into a pain mgmt specialist.  I am exhausted and really concerned on so many levels.  My mom refuses to have a caregiver at night but something has to change.  Okay, thanks for letting me vent!

B- protein drink w blueberries (40 g)
L- greek yogurt (18 g)
S- LF cheese  w 4 tiny crackers (6 g)
D- shrimp w ****tail sauce (13 g)
S- fudgsicle (3 g)

It's the pits having to make decisions for others especially if they don't agree.  Good Luck with your Mom!!!  At least you have medical experience and know what steps have to be taken.

I had to fight my brother/sister and force my Mom to have her thyroid done and she doing so good now.

I'd love to see one more Protein drink (at least 60 grams total each day)

Great variety!

I bet you look HOT Gina!!!   I didn't have to unbutton my today but some days I do. In fact today they felt so good that I felt a couple of times to see if they were unbuttoned....LOL

I should pick up one of those extenders for my DD whose pregnant.  She has been using a ponytail holder.  Where did you buy yours?

Love your Menu today...lots of variety!
