Advice On Flavor Syrup For Protein Drinks
Happy Friday, all!!
Questions for the vets....
Anyone have any recommendations of syrups for protein drinks (protein syrups?)
that have no aspartame and low sugar / SF??
I have a wicked craving for an iced chai tea latte from Starbucks and really want to find
a chai syrup to make up my own WLS friendly cuncoction :)
I've seen a lot of peopel talk about the nectar syrups and such, but have no personal experience with them.
Also if anyone knew if they shipped to Canada that would be a huge bonus!
Any help is greatly appreciated :)
Thank you for reading :)

Toriani and DaVinci are the 2 that have sugar free syrups (I'm sure there's others). I'm not sure if they are free from aspartame and they have 0 sugar.
You can go to their websites and see what flavors they have and they also have the nutrition info on their too.
You can do SO much with SF syrups. I buy mine from Vitalady.

I use Syntrax Nectar protien powder, which is actually a whey protien powder. It mixes easily and is thinner to drink. I mix Davinci sugar free syrups with them. I haven't tried the Davinci chi syrup, but I love all the others I have tried. Netrition.com has $5 flat rate shipping and I have always had a good experience ordering the syrups and other stuff from them. My favorites are peppermint patty, ammeretto, cherry, peach, orange, English toffee, kaluha, pumpkin pie, and coconut. I mix and match alot, and I mix most with chocolate or vanilla protien powder.
I'm not sure if you guys in Canada have a store called World Market, but if you do I'd try going there. I was there the other day looking for something else and I saw that they had tiny taster bottles of the SF syrups (Either divinci or torani, I can't remember). I plan on getting a bunch after surgery to try them out so I don't spend money on giant bottles that I don't like!
Right now Vitalady isn't shipping syrups due to weather conditions but hers are cheaper than the DaVinci and Toreno sites. Keep an eye on her site for when she does start shipping again.
