1.) Where do you fit in the birth order of your family? I am the youngest of 5 kids. My brother, who was the oldest, passed away. So there's 4 girls left.
2.) What do you count when it comes to eating....... Protein grams? calories? carbs? fat? other? I count protein grams.
3.) Struggles/Victories this week? Victories.... I met all my goals on exercise & fluids. Struggles - just dealing with the psychological aspects of WLS
4.) Plans for Valentines day? No plans. Hubby usually buys me flowers & a card.

2.) What do you count when it comes to eating....... Protein grams? calories? carbs? fat? other?
Right now, I'm not really counting anything. I've gotten into a good routine with my protein to be sure I keep it over 60. I'm really focusing on fluids this week.
3.) Struggles/Victories this week?
I'm struggling with my attitude this week. I don't know if it is the mid-winter blues or what. It has been so cold here that I haven't wanted to do anything but cuddle in my down blanket and stay warm. The warmer weather is headed this way next week.
4.) Plans for Valentines day?
DH has dinner reservations for us. He told me it is a set menu...5 courses. What is he thinking? 5 courses? My pouch can usually only handle an appetizer. It will be lovely. He will enjoy it and I will have left overs. Most important, I appreciate his effort. He really is a sweetie in a crotchety old man suit.

2) I use to count protein, carbs and calories. Since I hit goal and am maintaing I quit counting...not that I think that is wise.

3.) Struggles/Victories this week? Feeling a little under the weather. Skipped one workout. Don't feel much like eating either. But, down 1.5lbs.
4.) Plans for Valentines day? Going on a cruise in a week, so skipping the Valentine's Day outing.... I'll still get the kids each one of the tiny boxes of chocolates.

Recieved word yesterday the bank won't finance the condo I'm trying to buy because its a "fixer upper".. huh? Its a repo... yea... I know exactly what I'm getting into. Seems their guidelines are a lot stricter now. Now I'm not sure what I'll do.
Victory: Bewbies are feeling better/getting better every day!

1. I'm the oldest child in my family, have a younger brother, 22 months difference. I'm also the oldest in my generation of cousins, and one of only 2 girls (oodles of boys). However, most people we hang with at the lake (brother has a boat at the same marina) think that he's older... I guess I'm aging well!
2. I count it all, but only obsess about protein and total calories. Protein I aim for 125-150 grams per day (still healing from plastics, and gearing up for the next set. Then it'll drop next winter back to about 100 g per day). Calories - between 1650 and 1800 per day, depending on exercise.
3. struggles/victories - struggle with laundry. The dryer died, the washer is dieing, and the water heater needs replacement. So I'm schlepping everything to my sister-in-law's house, and they have bowls of Oreos and Reeses all over the place. Victory is limiting myself to ONE Oreo or ONE Reeses.
4. Valentine's Day - lots of kissing and snuggling!

1.) Where do you fit in the birth order of your family? with my momma and pappa, they had 2 girls and i am the first born. Although my pappa had a son with another woman before he met my momma so i have an older 1/2 brother. BUT I am still first born...LOL
2.) What do you count when it comes to eating....... Protein grams? calories? carbs? fat? other? I count protein and calories together. My personal goal is 100g of protein and calories around 800-1000's. Water is the next 'counter' with water. My goal is 96oz daily minimum (since I drink a lot of coffee)
3.) Struggles/Victories this week? Struggles this week have been with stress with DS1. Work and school slowly getting into a rythm. DS1 likes to introduce drama of course. I have a sick DS2 and sick 12 week old puppy. JOY...oh and I've been sleep deprived for a week now and now have stomach flu I think. VICTORIES: I made it through the work week with accomplishing some project deadlines and been able to keep up with good grades on school. Eating has been 'meh' because of the stress = more snacking...BUT I'm still hovering around 130 on the scale so that is okay by me!
4.) Plans for Valentines day? DH comes back home from deployment tomorrow so he'll actually be here for V-day. No formal plans but we'll certainly have fun

1.) Where do you fit in the birth order of your family? I'm the baby, the youngest of 3, an older sister and an older brother.
2.) What do you count when it comes to eating....... Protein grams? calories? carbs? fat? other? All of the above. I count protein first, then carbs, then calories, then fat. And fluids. The program I use, myfitnesspal.com does all that for me so really I just track what I eat and the program does the rest.
3.) Struggles/Victories this week? Six month check up, found out I have basically no stomach left. I wasn't informed, at least that I remember so it was a shock. I haven't exercised as much as I should of. Money is always a struggle. I am trying to get some of my bills cut down and I did manage to save $30 a month on my car insurance. I did lose some more weight. Only one more pound to goal!
4.) Plans for Valentines day? If I am up to it I am going to go see my boyfriend at his house. We will probably go out to dinner and he said he was going to get me a card and candy. I reminded him that I don't eat candy but maybe something sugar free, although I don't really want to much of that with the sugar alcohols.

I'm the middle of three (older brother, younger sister). Neither of them has weight issues (so not fair!)
I only count protein and I know I don't get enough because I stopped my protein drinks.
My hubby and I have both had sinus infections this week and it took me 5 days to convince him to go to the doctor. I finally made it back to the gym tonight so the weekend starting ff good. I lost more weight and am now the lowest I've been in 20 years.
Valentine's day-we are going to recreate our first date, at Starbucks. I was still using a cane (from a crushed knee injury), I had only one cup of coffee and we sat and talked for 4 hours!!!!!!!!
