I think it actually snowed some more this morning around Atlanta.  I hope it warms up for you also.  Wish I was going to be around the area, I'd meet up with you!!  February is both DGD's birthdays so that is what we do most of this month on the weekends!!

Hi Roz,

Its about 29 degrees in NYC. Its supposed to warm up a bit this weekend. I really hope so. I have no energy in the winter. Going to the gym has become such a chore. I can't wait for warm weather!

b: egg, cheese and tomato on wheat toast
s: cotaage cheese w/ peaches and mixed nuts
l: lentil soup and half pesto chicken sandwich
s: protein shake
d: not sure, maybe a turkey burger and veggies

I figure Christmas is over and Valentines Day is almost here so it's time to warm up.  Where do they get all of those beautiful tulips and roses they have in the stores now?

It was around 29 degrees here this morning, but should warm up to about 50! I'm with you -- can't wait until summer! My eating is definately different in the summer. Watermelon...mmmm.

Hi Roz!  it was -8 (yes, thats a MINUS) this morning and will be again tomorrow morning.  The wind was so bitterly cold today - but it was sunny.  Very deceptive!!

B - coffee
L - leftover beef stroganoff
S - tortilla chips (bad me)

I know....the sun is shining so bright today but it isn't giving any warmth.  At 6:30 got my DH up from his after work nap and he said he was just starting to warm up.  I feel so bad that he works outside all day, but he would rather have the cold than the hot sun.

Was there Protein in the coffee???

Day 3 liquid diet....

B- decaf coffee with 1 scoop Unjury unflavored (YUK). 23 g protein
L- 4 servings Nectar Twisted Cherry 32.5 g protein
D - super broth with 1 scoop Unjury unflavored 23 g protein
S- maybe I can make a "milk shake" with my strawberries & cream sampler from vitalady
 
Got about 70 oz of water in. so far
