Menus and Miles Thursday Feb. 10th
Its about 29 degrees in NYC. Its supposed to warm up a bit this weekend. I really hope so. I have no energy in the winter. Going to the gym has become such a chore. I can't wait for warm weather!

d: not sure, maybe a turkey burger and veggies

B- decaf coffee with 1 scoop Unjury unflavored (YUK). 23 g protein
L- 4 servings Nectar Twisted Cherry 32.5 g protein
D - super broth with 1 scoop Unjury unflavored 23 g protein
S- maybe I can make a "milk shake" with my strawberries & cream sampler from vitalady
Got about 70 oz of water in. so far
