Need directions...

I've been searching around the forums and I found review pages on protein supplements, but I was wondering if anyone could direct me to specific web sites where I can get samples or recommendations.

I was figuring there would be a sticky topic around somewhere with a list of websites with free samples, but I can't find anything like that.

Ideas? Suggestions? Links?  Thanks in advance!!

In March Pacific Nutrition & WEllness is hosting a 'Protein Tasting Party" at the PSSC office in the lobby! Its $10 and you get to try a lot of different protien shakes, powders, bars etc....
I highly recommend going! I personally love Premier Nutrition products - premade shakes and bars. They all have 30g of protien and not alot of sugar!!!! They are also goon on the wallet - you can purchase them at costco - the bars you get like 24 for $20, which is a great deal!

In my own personal journey - I hate protien powders that you make shakes with... even the 'unflavored.' They just make me gag. However I DO like Unjury Chicken flavor powder that is just like drinking chicken broth.... you can add noodles and stuff later on too.... so its like protien soup lol.

Plan to come to the protien tasting! SO worth it!!!!! You will be able to try lots of different things so you dont waste your money on crap you hate!!!

Check out premiernutrition.com and look at bariatric advantage.com too - for some great chewable vitamins etc!

I don't know of any free samples but you can get sample at a reduced rate from Syntrax Nectar and Unjury.  google them and look up samples.  Netronics (sp) also had a samples deal if I remember correctly and Vitalady sells single serving sizes for samples.

I actually got free samples by going to the products webs sites that I was interested in trying. Sent them an email on their contact us forms and just asked if they had any free samples of their products. Several sent replies that they had samples for sale but more of the ones I contacted sent some very nice sample packages. Even the bariatric vitamin folks will send you free samples. Just ask. The worst they can say is no.:)
