Breakfast suggestions
My kids loved it. They both had some for breakfast today.
Shelly's Baked Blueberry Pancake (Clafoutis -ish)
2 cups Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Syrup (SF Vanilla, Almond, or Blueberry all would be great)
Batter
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Multigrain Pancake Mix.
1/4 cup Strawberry Protein Powder
1/4 cup Sugar Free Torani Syrup
Saute blueberries and 2 T of SF syrup for a few minutes till slightly softened. Arrange in a Pyrex baking dish or deep pie plate (any size around 8x8x2 would work) that has been sprayed with Pam non-stick spray. Whiz the batter ingredients in a blender till smooth. Pour batter over top of the berries.
Bake at 425 for about 25 minutes or until puffed and lightly golden brown.

My pouch typically doesn't like to hold heavy stuff until later in the day. Like around 10'ish...so...i usually drink protein drinks (coffee/shakes/etc) for my first meal. then when I am ready, i eat either of the list below
cottage cheese pancakes
greek yogurt w/variety of flavors (mock pudding, fruit dip, etc)
eggs (I know you said no likey eggs but you can do different things with...)
breakfast meats (sausages, patties, etc)
sometimes leftover dinner from night before.
I am not sure why eggs bother you, for some its too dry...for me, hard boiled egg white...NO GO. But I can eat any other kind of egg as long as I chew the hell out of it (always do with all my food) and use different flavors/spices...
you can do a cottage cheese scramble - 1 egg or egg sub and add 1/4 cup cottage cheese and blend in blender until frothy and smooth. Let it settle back down for several minutes. then you can make an omelet or fritatta or put it in oven and bake...it usually comes out moist enough to not bother my pouch. But don't worry if you can't do eggs...just a suggestion though.
For the cottage cheese, you can do a lot of stuff and same goes with the greek yogurt. I'll post a link to 2 threads I posted for what I use them for :)
I myself do not do hot cereals or heavy carbs. The cottage cheese pancakes i make have VERY little carb (lesser than the other one's posted) because I'm picky like that too...

I can't eat yogurt either but I doctor it up. I don't know the calories/carbs etc. I think of it as a healthy treat. I use the Plain 0% Greek yogurt, a little SF Cheesecake Pudding Powder. No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling, 2 packets of Sweet n low, and either SF or Fat Free Cool Whip......yum
I very seldom eat breakfast. I like to start my day with a Protein Drink.

I eat leftovers or protein pudding or just whatever for breakfast. Sometimes hardboiled eggs. My NUT told me that people have difficulty with eggs because we don't chew them enough and they just sit in there. I couldn't eat eggs at all until around month 5 but now I'm fine if I chew well.
