Town is shut down again,schools closing early/closed,abd the grocery stores have been raided of all their milk,bread and TP!
We are all tucked in for then night,chickens in their house,outside dogs waiting patiently in the fence to come in for the night,house dogs snuggled up in their beds.

No TP...that would be awful. Our stores kept empty of milk and bread but I guess I've never needed TP during that time.
I know you love/have a lot of dogs but I hate even leaving my DD's Yorkie out to pee when it's this cold.
Love the variety in you menu. It looks like all of your carbs are "Good" Ones.

We have 6 cats in the house and these two think cats are for chasing. Our sanctuary is set up as a home environment,no crates or cages. if these two didn't chase the cats and try to kill them they would be indoor dogs all the time too.
We keep telling them to learn their manners but no luck yet,lol.

grande non fat latte w/ Truvia
chicken taco salad made w/ rotisserie chicken, cheese, pinto beans, lettuce and salsa, bit of sour cream (Chicken Express) skipped the chips
protein shake w/ 4 oz non fat milk and 10 oz water
some more of my salad from lunch ~ bunch left over but not gonna save it.
Vits: doing good, only bedtime iron left.
Miles: Took my walk
Water: actually getting use to drinking it all again.
What kind of a Calorie/Protein/Carb total are you hitting?

Wonderful visit in SF but I look forward to sleeping in my own bed tomorrow. I am having some lower digestive issues - typcial for me when I travel. Hopefully, Colace will do the trick.
