Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

A couple nights ago I had bunless hot dogs...wouldn't our buger and hot dogs taste great cooked outside on the grill...I can't wait!

I can't believe no one started it for me.  When I kept checking and there weren't any replies I figured I must have screwed up.

Well, baked lays are as bad a regular chips.  Your Protein/Carb totals aren't nearly as bad as they used to be.
