I have finally gotten my pictures uploaded. There are 3 sets - pre-op, post-op day of and post-op 10 days.

I've still got quite a bit of swelling on top of the breasts - and it seems I "pull" my muscle more than I should.  Reminder to self - DO NOT LIFT YOUR ARM ABOVE YOUR HEAD AND PULL DOWN ON THE BACK HATCH OF THE TRAILBLAZER!!  - Ouch!!  Did that last week and it took 3 days to feel better.  Did it today - damn!

I'm still having some issues with laying flat - I still need to be somewhat elevated to sleep.

I'm pleased with the results so far.  It feels sore - but probably because I insist on doing things.... I'm moving by the end of the month and HAVE to get things done!!  I started putting neosporin on the incisions last Wednesday.  I also wear a mans small tank t-shirt under my bra to keep the incisions from rubbing on the bra - works well.  For the first week I was using gauze - that was a PITA.

Oh and you MUST be a friend to see them.  The password for those that are is  breastlift

Yea... I had heard, and my Dr said too, that most people go back to work after a week  I probably could have done that - but SO glad I didn't,  I took 3 weeks off and may request another.  It seems I just can't keep from pulling the muscles..

I have a follow up Wednesday and I'll be asking the Dr about the muscles...

Thanks!

Your insurance won't pay for your panniculectomy?  Mine did - based on "reconstructive surgery" and I upgraded toa  full TT for $1000.

I didn't put in my original message that you can see my TT scar - its a revision that was done last November, my original TT was done a year ago January.
