Except for dinner I'm having the same menu as yesterday.  I enjoy reading everyones menus and seeing all of the variety, but I've always been a very boring routine eater. 

Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.   It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Hi Roz.  I wish I could plan my meals better.... I'm sure once I get back to work it will get better.  Scale wasn't nice again today.

B - 1 protein coffee
L - 7 wing tips and a few bites of chocolate cake

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I plan much better when I'm at work.  Actually, when I'm home I don't eat near as much but sometimes that's not so good because I have a tendancy to grab something that's quick when I realize I haven't eaten.

S- low fat animal crackers (I'm not feeling well)
L- Broccoli and left over hamburger meat
D- steak and squash

Exercise-30 minutes cardio 30 minutes weight arms/abs today

I have 35lbs to lose to get back pre-baby weight and pre-breaking my tailbone weight. =)

You broke your tailbone...ouch!  Congrats on the baby...how old?

I'm happy to see 1 Protein Shake but 2 or 3 would make me !!!
