Yes this is me the last few days now LOL.
Ok may be gross or TMI, but ever since I have been drinking protein coffee I have HORRIBLE gas!

Talking make the dog run and peeling paint off the walls BAD!
What can I do to help this, I am heading to a friends house in a few hours and dont want the walking farts LOL

There's a good probiotic called Primal Defense Ultra. Should provide the good bugs your guts need and usually helps with the gas.
