Just getting home so here's my eats.  No super bowl for me so no temptation.  Got my house cleaned then met someone for a movie.

Morning:
2 oz ground beef
1 scrambled egg
1 oz Cabot aged cheddar
all in a scramble

Midday:
3 T cream cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
2 oz chicken breast w/ 1/4 egg and light mayo
pork rinds

Evening:
4 oz chicken breast
3 kalamata olives

Calories - 976
Protein - 98
Carbs - 20

Those blueberries upped my total carbs but they were so yummy!

This is what I ate yesterday..very very high food /carb day for me. but I was all over the place.
I'm interested in finding out where to buy the Protein coffee everyone seems to be drinking here..I also bought some protein jello yesterday at GNC..I'll try it today.

Edit Note I had communion and 1 sm bite of holy bread in the morning.

At my mother's she had made spaghetti with beef and tomatoe sauce. I had a small bowl..about 1 cup worth of the spaghetti mixture.

I bought Georgie the hamburger and should have thrown it out but I didn't..I ate it.. no willpower!
