LWs having surgery this week--show some love and swing some lizards

Excellent research!  One of the vets, SusieWong, was out of chicken so she started swinging lizards and it stuck.  We had a lightweight OBGYN a couple of years ago that said she swings beavers, so what ever works for you.

ahhh!!!! i know! i've been waiting since november when i attended the seminar :) time has just flown by since then!


i just bought a cute one piece bathing suit in a size 8, i'm setting goal to fit in it by july! i wear a 16 right now, and i've already lost quite a bit on the pre-op liquid diet, so i think i'll be able to do this. if anything it will push me to work harder in my work outs! i gotta firm that skin up because i cannot afford plastic surgery.

i'll be swinging what ever i can get my hands on. haha!

me too. surgery tomorrow morning... not that nervous right now. hopefully i wont be tomorrow either.

clear liquids only today... dreaded bowel prep... going to the store in a little bit to buy G2 to mix the laxative with. going to be an interesting day! i hope i can sleep tonight! haha
