Just checking in and asking for lizards to be swung

Hello friends,

Just checking in since I no longer have access at work except via a common computer which is almost too much hassle and not private.  I have missed all of you and your support.

Saw my PCP this week and he is very happy with everything but my blood sugars and we tweaked my meds.  I had hoped to be off all diabetic meds at this point but I had also hoped to be down at least 20 more pounds.  I think the stress of my job (hating it these days and looking for a new one which, as you know, is NOT easy) is keeping me from losing faster.

I have gotten back into the groove with working out and that is helping a lot, mentally and physically.

I think it is going to take that full year for me to get all the weight off but I am determined to get there.  I am going on a self-imposed very low carb, take no prisoners plan mid-week this week (after some events at work are over).  Please swing some lizards and/or lift up some prayers for me.

Anyone know of a job at home or in the Middle Tenn area for a very experienced medical transcriptionist/editor?

I'll be swinging lizards for you. Good luck with your low carbing (always worked for me) and I hope something breaks for you on the job front.

Swinging away for you!  It will get better.  There have to be home transcriptionist jobs out there so hang in there!  The low carb will help with both the scale and your sugars so that's a great plan.

Good luck on finding a job.  The medical field may not be as hard as some of the others, hopefully.

Low carb, under 20 has been getting the scale moving for me again.  It hasn't been that difficult either.  Hopefully it will get you going again.

Good luck on getting off the next 20 pounds.  Low carb sounds good.  They sure are hard to stop once you start them.

Hope you find a new job soon.  They are pretty scarce around here.

I hope you find a new job soon.  I too, am going to go very low carb because my weight loss has just been at a standstill for so long.
