Well, you didn't mention what doesn't feel good.
But there are a couple things I notice.
Your protein is fairly low. Your iron is not terribly low but it's not great either. I don't see a ferritin level, which would tell you more.
There are also several labs we really need done that I don't see here, including vitamin D, vitamin A, PTH, folate, B6, prealbumin and copper. If you don't feel good, I'd suggest getting a complete set of labs done.

Are you just feeling kind of tired? I notice that the hematocrit and hemoglobin are a little low. If you get your ferritin checked you may find that you're getting low on the iron markers. Ask about getting D3 checked. When mine was low and I started bringing it up, I could really feelthe difference.

Yes, thats exactly how I feel and I'm irritable too, but don't know that I can say the irritablility is a vitamin deficiency...
I currently take 2 Bariatric chewabes daily, Lanzaprazole 1 morning and night, 2Vit B 50 Complex, Biotin 2500mcg, Calcium Citrate+D 2-4 daily(usually 2)and sublingual B comp;lex 3x wkI was looking at the Proferrin ES iron on Vitalady's website and reading about it. I think it would be the best for my stomach since I am prone to ulcers??
thanks for your help,
Brenda

What dose are your calcium citrates? The ASMBS says we need 1500-2000 mg per day. I'm wondering if you're getting enough and think you can't be getting enough if you just take two a day most days.
I'm also wondering why you are not taking any B12. How was your B12 level last time you had labs done?

I am really confused by your vitamin regime - the 2 multi's is fine. You are taking 2 b complex 50's per day and a sublingual B complex 3 times per week? why so much B complex and no B12? You should be taking atleast 1000mcg of B12 daily of B12. What is your B12 level? I saw B1 on your list is low but didn't see a B12 level. With a low B1 level, that is very dangerous - you can develop nerve damage. Aparantely all the Bcomplex isn't helping you - not all B complex even has B1 in it. You need to a separate B1 vitamin and take 200-300mg per day for 3 months and get your levels rechecked. I had low vitamin B1 had to take 300mg for a year to get my levels up to normal and now I take it 5 days per week to maintain my levels. You calcium is serious lacking - 2 calcium citrates per day is either 500 or 630mg per day depending on if they are the regular or the maximums and if they are the petites, they are only 400mg. We need atleast 1500=1800mg per day, so you need to triple your dose - taking 2 tablets 3 times per day.
As far as the iron goes, you can get the Proferrin but it is very expensive. You might want to try Tender Irons - they are carbonyl iron with the vitamin C already in them (60mg capsules) - they are easy on the stomach, highly absorbable and non-constipating.
I will respond to the rest of your labs in another post

If these labs are from November, why did you wait unti February to address the problems? Some of things should have been addressed immediately.
First - you protein is way too low and you need to seriously increase your protein intake. Being you are over a year out, you should be getting atleast 100 grams of protein per day. If you aren't getting that already, try adding another protein meal. Add 1 or 2 protein drinks per day but make sure you increase your total protein intake. Both your total protein and albumin are both very low.
your iron numbers are all okay but I don't see a ferritin which is the most important
Sorry I wrote in my other post that I didnt see a B12 level but now that I look again, I do see it and it is great. Don't worry that is high. You just pee out the excess. I would give anything to have a level like that. My question is though, you list 2 types of B complex but no B12 - are you taking B12?
I gave my suggestions about B1 in my other post.
I am concerned about your WBC, lymphocytes and neutrophyls. Over time they might have changed, I am sure the lymphocytes and Neutrophyls have but the main concern is the low WBC's. A low WBC puts you at risk for infection or you could already have one. Please call your PCP and get checked out. Make sure it still isn't low or didn't get any lower.
You are missing the majority of your vitamins and mineral - vitamin D, PTH, vitamin A, magnesium, selenium, vitamin E, vitamin K, folate
