Happy Friday! Just for fun!!!!
Hi ya'll...
1 - I have a tabby cat and a black cat. The tabby is 18 years old and the black one is 2. I have a 2 year old terrier mix and a brand new baby doxie mix.
2 - Victories = getting a lot done with work, school, volunteer position, and home. Felt very accomplished with tasks....Struggles = DS1...that is all...
3 - Super Bowl plans - nothing fancy just sitting with my FIL watching the game (DH still out of town) and rallying for Steelers!! Why?? Who knows...no loyalties to either team, just like them more I guess.

Pets - I have two pugs (Ruby and Rolo) and one fat cat (Stripes).
Victories - I am still losing, slowly though. I joined the gym and have been getting in lots of exercise.
Struggles - Sometimes finding time to run has been a challenge because my running buddy is hurt. Other struggles are family.....ugh.
Super Bowl - Hell no! I am not a sports fan. I will probably be cruising Costco during the game, then I can have all the samples to myself!

1) 2 cats: Nyla is a Norwegian Forest and Lightning is an Orange American Short hair. My son has a hamster named Mr Hampy.
2)Victories: made it through another week. Had an audit at work this week, did better than I thought.
Struggles: Life! Having marital problems, been for awhile. This week seemed worse than others. Starting to feel like I may be gaining weight. I need to start holding myself accountable again. Kinda let myself go, need to kick myself in the butt! And start making better choices!
3) I think the Super Bowl may be turned on, but will probably be reading a book or on this damn computer! Not much into football, waiting for Spring training to start!!!

1. Can I count DD and DH? No? Ok, then just 2 cats at the moment. Buster is the big orange tom, rescued as an adolescent kitten from abandonment. He is the mafia boss of the animal world, and can subdue a one year old Lab pup by just looking at it. He's also been known to "ride" on the neighbor's older lab when we're dog sitting. Nilla, fortunately, doesn't notice or care. Our vet thinks he's at least half Abysynnian (sp??), as he has been known to turn on light switches in the middle of the night and climb people, and is VERY talkative.
Spook is a tiny black female, also a rescue from dumping, but at only about 5 weeks of age. She got her name because EVERYTHING spooks her and she hides for hours. She is, however, intensely possessive of me, and if I talk on the phone she has to come complain that I'm not talking to HER. She thinks Buster's her mother, and he puts up with it.
2. struggles - I lost 2 more pounds. As long as it stops there, I'm ok with it. Just not telling DH. Victories - got the sewing room cleaned up, and a project picked out and ready to start!
3. Superbowl plans - party with Glenda G!

1.) Do you have any pets?
2 sister kitties Candy & Patches - 1 is a Tortie the other is Calico - 16 years old and still going strong. AND
1 totally oblivous but well-meaning Humane Society Beagle that is DH's dog that sleeps with me and I take care of until it's time to play and then DH takes over
1 eccentric terrier mix aptly named "Little Bear" because she was trying to kick the hineys off the boxer, lab, pit, and Great Dane she lived with because they'd mess with her food. Her mom asked me to watch her at my house when they went on their honeymoon and I never gave her back. Qualified as a rescue in MY mind! lol
2.) Victories/Struggles this week?
I've continued to lose since my pre-op visit with the surgeon and can now cross my legs without using my jeans to pull them up. I was able to climb up on a chair and fix a curtain and get back down again without busting my keester! Wow. Was I impressed with that one! / Struggling with unpacking the trickle of boxes still coming from the storeroom into our new very little but lovely house because I'd much rather be on the computer talking to LW's :-)
3.) Super Bowl plans?
I was married to a fella from Pittsburg who was an avid Steeler fan, while I am from Texas and love(d) the Cowboys. Anytime they played, especially against each other, terrible fights ensued because we both drank. I gave up interest in all sports after that one ended. Current DH tapes the car races and watches them when I'm not home. I can live with that! :-D Now that I know it's SB Sunday coming up, I think I'll pack my bag for the hospital. Just because it's just another day to me. Go figure. :-)) But all y'all have fun at your parties!

<<<<<<<< Sir Rascal Newton
2) Victories / struggles this week.
Couldn't get out to walk very much. When I did get out there was still a little too much ice on the sidewalk to suit me.
3) Super Bowl plans.
NC BBQ at home in the evening watching THE PACKERS kick some Steeler butt.

Hi Cindy!
1. Yes - a spoiled rescue cat named Lucia. I adopted her when I lived in VA and she came home with me - she doesn't play well with other animals, but tends to "tolerate" other dogs (if they're old and docile). Other cats - no way. BF's dog Chevy and my ex-DH's dog Pablo (he's the old one she tolerates). Oh and DS's cat (ex has her) Tennille because of my cat...
2. Struggles: still recuperating from BL/BA. Having sleeping and comfort issues with it. Was rearranging BF's cupboards yesterday and the chair slipped and I overextended my arm - ouch! I paid for it afterwards and rested the rest of the day. Victories: Every day gets better. I got back down below 130 for a day...
3. I don't know. BF usually has a party but he said he'll let someone else have it this year. Guess they drink a LOT and don't know when to leave.... I like to watch the gave for the commercials. Go Packers!
