3. I HATE sports . . . my DH will watch and I'll read. I'll cook up some goodies for him though!

Ah, cindy, sorry you lost your dog.  That's tough.  Sorry to hear of your loss. 

1. Pets: Jake and Juno, the Drayden Labradoodles that are smarter than a fifth grader, and more spoiled than any family's first grandkid. They get their own homemade "ice cream" treats, for crying out loud. 
2. Victories: I found some protein I can drink. Struggles: I'm getting anxious about my 15 Feb surgery. I tend to do my worrying in advance to avoid the rush.
3. Super Bowl plans: as a ExPat Pennsylvanian, I'm gunna be watching the TV for both to see the Steelers sqeak through with another win (GB is TOUGH!) and the commercials.  I've got a degree in advertising, and it's always fun to watch which way advertising is going these days.

1.)   Do you have any pets?    We have a ****atiel anmed spike.  He is about 15 years old.  He talks and gives kisses.  My DD who lives with us has a Yorkie Terrie named Harley.  He's taken a liking to me. 

2.)   Victories/Struggles this week?   I got my carbs under control and Lost the 3 pounds that I gained eating hospital food while watching the grandkids.

3.)    Super Bowl plans?  I bought my first ever Steeler T-Shirt!!   My DD's having a party and I just ordered the pizzas.  I know I'll being having a piece so I'm going to take some things that I can munch on that will be healthy.  OH....and TELL GINA THE STEELERS ARE GOING TO WIN.......GO STEELERS!!!!!

           Pets, yep! Have 3 kitties Coka,Cola and Noble
                                        2 Dogs, Ricky my long legged pom and Pansy a Chiahuahua/jack russell 
                                             mix and 
                                         1 ****ateil names Joey! 
                                        Cola, Noble and Ricky are all rescues.
2.)   Victories/Struggles this week?
        Vicroriy would be, being able to create a protein coffee that has settled and not spewed out of my nose, struggles, bouncing around these 3 pounds. I know I am not eating enough to be gaining but dagnabbit I want to be losing again.

3.)    Super Bowl plans?

I HATE FOOTBALL! That being said, I believe we have friends coming over to our house to watch the game, have planned proteiny foods for everyone and healthy snacks.
I am making a greek yogurt ranch dip (and not tellin anyone lol)
fruits, cheese and cracker tray, and making a cheese dip for chips.
I jus****ch the commercials.

Well, we are one group of compassionate people.  Look at all the pets we have, and the strays we take care of!

1.  We have three pugs, a blind bulldog, and two cats.  They rule the house.  All spayed or neutered, except the bulldog who is very old.

2.  Hit below 200 this week, then went to 200, then below, then up, then down.....Finally settled at 198 (for now).  Struggled at Curves Zumba last night because I ate dinner before I went.  Dumb me.  But, dinner was very good, fish fillet.

3.  Super Bowl Plans.  DH is going up to Spokane to watch game with DS.  I'm staying home and watching some of the programs I've recorded just for this occasion.  Wondering if the Super Bowl will even take place with all the snow.

 1.)   Do you have any pets?
One rescue terrier mix, see my avatar for pic of Beatrice, AKA Bea, Miss Bea Haven, Busy Bea, she has more aliases than any dog I know. I was going to change her name until I looked it up and it means "bringer of joy", surely true.

2.)   Victories/Struggles this week?
Scale started to move again, finally giving up some favorite pants and jeans, since they started to look like clown pants.
Struggle is always getting in more exercise, enough protein and water

3.)    Super Bowl plans?
Working all day, so I'l Tivo to watch commercials and any exciting plays. Neutral on winner. I' was born and raised in Pittsburgh, but I am a fan of Aaron Rodgers from Cal (the stoopid 49er's passed on him). Glad I don't have to face a food party yet.

1.)   Do you have any pets?  We have a mini daschuand named Willie.  He is our baby now that our kids are grown.  He is very very spoiled and thinks he is a person!!

2.)   Victories/Struggles this week?  Trying to get back to eating normal after eating on the run for a couple of weeks - I'm having a hard time getting back in control.  I do good until afternoon and then snack on inappropriate items like cookies and chips.

3.)    Super Bowl plans?  No plans.  DH will watch it.  I think I'll watch a movie in my TV room.  If nothing is on I want to watch, I'll read while he watches and I'll look at the commercials.

1. Yep! We have (currently) 2 Pugs--Ralph and Willy, 1 Australian Shepherd-Suni, and a dog-like cat named Poofy.

2. Lots of struggles, many due to head/chest cold, switching PPI meds, little sleep, lots of stress, fluctuating weight.

3. I don't think studying for master's exams counts.. but that's what I am doing.

I'm a pug mama too! Love them.
