Good Morning!!  We have a big Competition in Pittsburgh today so I packed Protien, Protein bars, Nuts, and Jerky so I don't grab something that I'm going to be sorry for later.    HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.   It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Dinner time here and I want to eat EVERYTHING because I'm really hungry, so I'm posting my food so that I will stick to it and not have to come back to edit.  :)

1 chicken thigh
1/2 tangerine at the farmer's market

Afternoon
2 oz chicken breast
2 oz cabot aged cheddar - very yummy

Evening
4 oz ribeye steak
2 T cream cheese
2 stalks celery
1/2 ounce pork rinds

Calories - 906
Protein -  80  - 36%
Carbs - 12 - 5%
Fat - 59 - 59%

Walked 2 hours in SF for exercise

I just want to say that I layed awake last night beating myself up because I'm less than 2 weeks from my 1 year mark and I'm still 14 pounds from losing 100 pounds which is my own personal goal. I'm trying to be kind to myself because being angry just makes me feel out of control and wanting to eat eat eat.... so I'm sticking to plan with eating and getting in my exercise and turning over the results and realizing that I'm powerless over my body's very slow rate of letting go of the pounds.

Aw Mz. D~  you are so incredibly sweet!  I really hadn't thought about walking Bay to Breakers this year because of my back injury.  I'm just now getting up to walking the 3+ miles around the lake. I haven't had any long hikes since pre-October when I fell on my head.  You know I'm going to be cheering for all of you OH people who are doing it!  :)
