What do you pack for travel?
I pack babybell cheese cause it doesn't need a frig, protein bars, powdered protein. If I have a frig or can take a small ice chest, deli meat, cheese, yogurt. Water, decaf tea bags, instead decaf coffee. If you are staying in a hotel that does breakfast bar stuff, high protein oatmeal.

I traveled quite a bit early out after surgery. I packed
Protien bars, protein powder, jerky, etc. Now - with the protein powder. I usually put it in a ziplock bag. I also had individual packets I'd throw in my purse for when I wasn't at the hotel.
Its challenging, especially with the protein, but you have to keep on the look-out for times when you can get a drink in.
Happy travels!

I received my blender bottles and absolutely LOVE THEM! They will go with me everywhere I take protein powder with me. Somehow stirring with a fork doesn't cut it. LOL So easy to use and clean up, comfortable to hold, and pretty. So is the polka dot sling I bought so I can hook it on my belt loop when we go out on the quads for a ride. blenderbottles.com Buy 3 and shipping is free!
