The stall that I had thought was over was a fluke! I am bouncing around the same 3 pounds and have not seen the 149 again, Guess I got excited for no reason.

My question for everyone is how do you cut the carbs?
I am still struggling with food and keeping it in or even getting in. Was doing ok with protein shakes until they started spweing out my nose. ( did NOT feel good)
I have been logging on fitday and noticed my carbs are through the roof, but the issue is, they are natural carbs, fruits and vegetables. How do I remedy this and cut them?

I am not snacking at all  and when I do, I grab a few slices of cheese.
I am avoiding all crackers, rice, bread, pasta and even potatos.
This morning I did make the wrong choice and understand why they are too high but it was a one time thing and still, they are super high.
I know I am whining but I dont know who else to ask.
I dont see my Dr until the 25th of this month and will have to ask for a referral to a NUT and then wait till they can slide me in...
So what can I do and how do I do it???

How many carbs/day are you getting? The carbs (from sugar) in fruit can really slow your weight loss down. How much are you eating? Even "natural" carbs can be too much. Cut out most of the fruit. There is a group of Atkins/Low Carb on this site. Look for it under "Community" and then "Groups."

I limit my carbs to about 40. I try to stay at 40 or under, but sometimes I am up a little higher. People are going way down to around 10-20 carbs/day, but I haven't been that low. Maybe, try cutting out the fruit and see if that makes any difference.

You will get many suggestions.

As of right this minute they are at 43. Averaging the same each day. I was thinking the natural fruit was healthier and added it my dinner plate, I can cut them out with no problems though.

Carbs at 43 doesn't sound like, they are through the roof, but everyone has different sensitivities.  Are you eating enough protein and getting your fluids in?

I have been trying to keep them around the 30 mark, no on getting in enough protein, calories and yes on fluids.
Have had grumpy belly and am back to slider foods.

Enough protein and calories are helpful. If there is anything that you can tolerate, eat that, even if you have to do it 3-4 times/day. I mix some protein powder in my Fage yogurt, to up the protein content. You can add protein to SF puddings, soups, etc.

Stacey, I have been bouncing around also.  I have been eating on plan, no more than 50 carbs and 700-800 calories.  Only lost 4 # in January.  Bummer.

I am now going to around 20 carbs, no fruit or starchy except maybe beans. Upping my protein to closer to 100 instead of 80.  I'm hoping it will get me moving down again but it is too early to really know.  I'm losing the same 3 lbs I have lost 2 more times in January.

Ok - I'm going to echo what the others said about the fruit.  I stayed away from fruit during my losing phase because I dumped on it... MAN was I disappointed when I couldn't ea****ermelon anymore....

Now protein.  You MUST find a protein that works for you.  I feel fortunate I found protein powders I liked from the get-go.  Do you drink coffee?  Make a protein coffee - they taste like a latte.

Roz has found a chocolate/mint protein powder - its awesome.  I make a drink like an ice cream drink with it - my BF and his daughter absolutely love it.  I use milk and powder - put it in a blender for 3 minutes - take the top off and see if a bubble comes up over the top - then add ice up to the bottom of the fluid in the blender and mix.  Eat with a spoon.....  It will make a LOT.  I used 1 cup of milk.

I've also done this with chocolate and added SF syrups to change up the flavors.

I will GUARANTEE you that if you up your protein drinks to around 80gm a day and take out your fruit - you WILL start losing again.  Not protein just from food - but from drinks.

Thank you Jody. I am going to cut all fruit, where do I get this protein powder from? Anything right now is worth a try.

I'm not Jody - but I second her recommendation!

As to the chocolate/mine protein, I bet it's the Matrix 5.0 mint cookie flavor.  I haven't found it in any local stores, but netrition.com has it online.  I need to see if Syntrax will sell me a single-serve to be sure I like it before I order.

Another possibility if you're a coffee drinker, is AboutTime Whey.  They have a mocha mint that DD loves (she is a coffee drinker, I hate the stuff).  They do sell single serves, so you may want to try that one.
