i;m glad you're back to where you want to be. its my TOM and ive been so darn hungry. i can't wait til its over, only a couple more days.

pre-b: mozzarella cheese and handful of wheat thins, 1/2 cup of decaf tea
b: 1/2 roast beef sandwich
s: small decaf, skim latte and one medium cookie
l: chinese chicken and eggplant
s: atkins granola bar
d: not sure

I had a hysterectomy when I was in my early 30's but because I have 1 overy I think I still get the hungries every month.  My 11 yr. old DGD just started her period this week. I feel bad for her but I guess it's an important part of growing up.

I shouldn't be reading these menus in the morning because it's making me hungry!

Grey day here and no meetings so I have been in the house finishing up taxes all day.  I am done for the most part, just some questions for the accountants.

Still trying to stay low carb but I made a califlower soup that was good and still low carb.  It will help with meals for the next week.

I did ours this past weekend but I don't want to submit them yet because I don't want the refund to come yet.  I want to keep it for our trip to FL and I know that won't happen if I get it this early.

  Hi Roz,  I've had a little difficulty sticking to my plan the last two days.  I'm not sure why i've been hungrier for a few days.  Maybe because I'm able to exercise more now that my back is healing.  Anyhow, it's a good time for me to be really accountable.
