Good morning. I have the flu :( Supposed to have class from 10:30-5pm today but I'm not going until 2 and that's only because I have to.. Here is the planned food although i'm not sure I will get it all in.

L - protein shake (30g) and peanuts
S - Nutthins and a wedge of cheese

Hi Roz and everyone.
I lost another .5 this morning. I don't know if it is because I ate sooo bad while I was getting ready for the play and had to grab as I could and now I'm kind of back on track or what the deal is. I like it though!! I know I did alot of walking and moving during the last 2-3 weeks so maybe that helped.

L: 1/2 chef salad w/ red wine vineg dressing
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Chicken Salad - Dinner meeting - not sure what else.

YEAH for the .5 pound!!! When I was in a stall, I always increased my calories and then dropped back down so maybe that's how your body is reacting to you getting back on track. I'm sure all of the walking really helped too.
