It was last Friday and Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.  I'm glad it is over for another year.  I'm getting too old to work all those hours.  I had almost 78 hours last week(no overtime-just comp time)!!

This has been a crazy week!  You know the weather is bad when the plows are off the road! They put the barracades up so that means the roads are closed.  Hope everyone is ok, it is a big storm.  Snow was waist high going to the chicken coop this morning.  On the upside the groundhogs did not see their shadows....BRING ON SPRING!
B-Oatmeal and protein powder (30 g)-175 kcals
L-7 shrimp and mashed avocado (14 g) -275 kcals
D-Beans (14 g) - 80 kcals
S- 1/2 protein bar (14 g) - 135 kcals

2 litres water
vitamins done
Shovelled and still more to do.....for exercise.  Good news, arms & butt are going to be awesome for all of the lifting and throwing! LOL

LW's...how's everyone doing?? I am not a loyal fan to either teams...my teams did not make the cut...sooooo....I say go STEELERS!!! I like them anyways...not a Packer hater...just swing towards the steelers more. It'll be a great game either way! 

I am traveling to LA tomorrow morning and will return Sunday right before the bowl starts soooo...nothing really planned over the next several days. Not even game day...
I do want to eat lots of fresh salads and sea food...isn't that what So. Cal is all about?? LOL
