Good Morning!   Half way to the weekend...yeah!  I was up early this morning ordering food for our Super Bowl Party...GO STEELERS!!!!!!!

Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.   It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Hi Roz!  Not sure what my eats will include today, but really need to make some good choices.  We went out and got pizza last night.  I see BF tends to eat when he's stressed - and not good stuff.  I had 2 pieces and 2 chicken wings....  I'm still off work - and could get SO used to this! 

I want to get a new daily vitamin holder.  I have a detachable one that I love, but its not big enough.  I may need to look at the detachable ones that have AM/PM - maybe I can get more in them.  I like taking them and throwing them in my purse to go to work, or if I'm going to BF's place for a few days.  I also took  my old one that's all 1 piece and put together a weeks' worth and I'll take it to BF's and leave it there so I have some all the time. 

Kinda overdid it again today.  All I did was go shopping, but the grocery store kinda did me in - the stuff was heavy... I was supposed to clean the house today, think its going to get a modified version before BF gets home.

I got my DH his AM/PM pill holder this week and I did see the detachable one.  I thought they wouldn't be big enough for him, but they probably would have been after he separated the day.  He grumbled the whole time he was filling it up but he hasn't complained one day since starting to use it and I haven't heard him question at all if he took his pills for the day.

I can't have cookies in the house!!  My DH has the small packages of Oreo's and he hides them where I'd have to crawl up on a chair to get to them...LOL

The rest of the day looks good except for lacking in Protein.....

Yea... I realize I'm low on the protein drink today.  Seems if I don't get it in my coffee, I don't get it at all.  I'll do better tomorrow.

These cookies are my sons.  When he got his Certified Flight Instructor rating a lady at a store down from Subway where he works baked him cookies and put together a plate for him.  Of course it sits on the counter.  AFter eating that cookie, it wasn't really all that good.  I'm not a fan of oatmeal cookies - LOL. 

My weakness is chips.  I did partake in a few tortilla chips today - just a few.  Got the urge out and put them away.  Of course they're sitting out on the counter.  Another of DS's snacks. 

I see Walgreems has a 31 day pill organizer that has 4 compartments for each day.  $30 or so, which I think is kinda steep.  I really think there should be a 7 day organizer out there that comes apart that has large compartments... so my hunt is still on....

What a crazy night!  My balcony door latch broke so the winds from the storm kept pushing the door open.  It was like having the blizzard in my bedroom!  I barricaded the door with kitty litter boxes but it still kept opening.  I am so glad the winds have died down!  It is still white out conditions here but I understand that this is the tail end.  Next, frigid temps!

It was crazy watching the news on TV and seeing people actually being blown around.  We actually were in the 40's this morning, but it's been snowing this afternoon.
