6 months already! Wow!

It doesnt seem possible that 6 months have gone by already.

I am actually starting to feel like I am in a routine and able to get my vits in, tolerate protein powder and learning to like exercise.

Granted the beginning was tougher than I thought. Everything tasted and smelled funny, and alot of things still do today.  I struggled to get my protein in. But eventually overtime things seemed to fall into place. Armed with a good plan and persistence, I have been successful.

Not to mention the loving support of the OH LW"s that got me through all these life changes! I really dont think I would be where I am today without the daily support I get through this board. It is life changing! And lifesaving with all the knowledge I have gained regarding vits and protein supplementation.

No more diabetes, htn gone, improvement in my rosacea, more energy, I dont snore anymore and I actually exercise 4 times a week! My feet, knees and back do not hurt like they did preop. I lived on motrin everyday, but now  I cant remember the last time I took a tylenol! Hoping that the fatty liver issues are resolving too.

Not to mention the vanity issues, I can wear my original engagement and wedding ring again. It is so nice to go to  the mall and buy 10 petite levi jeans! Still in shock over that one! Think I will faint when I make it to single digits! Sure beats my tight 22's!

Thanks LW's!

so very proud of you!  i'm a month ahead of you and the time has flown by! celebrate your accomplishments!!!  each and every one of them!!!!  our health is worth more than the food we can no longer have!!!

and.....enjoy those size 10 petite jeans!!!  that says a lot because i find that Levi jeans usually take a size larger than Lee jeans which means you're already in the single digits for the Lee's!!

woohoo!!

YAY Maria!

You're a little rock star in those size 10 petite levi's!  You're going to see those single digits anyday now.  I'm so proud of you for all the hard work you've put into your recovery.

Thanks for that sweet little PM you sent me!  It really made me smile when I  saw it in my email first thing this morning.  :)

Wow Maria, congratulations.  I hope I'm as successful as you, I've got 3 more months to go to reach the 6 month mark.  You'll be in 8's before you know it.
