Got ahead of myself

I was so good today with my eating.  Had 1/2 turkey burger patty for dinner with a little broccolli.  Made the greek yogurt, cheesecake dessert and was so proud I forgot to wait to eat it until 3 hours had passed.  Feel like I'm waddling around now.  It takes more than that to stretch the pouch, right?

Do you mean you needed to wait 3 hours after dinner before eating the yogurt cheesecake?

No - you're not going th stretch your pouch doing that.  The yogurt is soft and is considered more of a slider food and its not going to do any damage to you or your pouch.

You're just going to be miserable for awhile if youre too full.

I think it would take more than that to stretch your pouch. I just chalk things up like this to a lesson learned!

Thanks for your help with this.  It's amazing all the head games that go on during this experience.  Its interesting how the full feeling now is nothing like the full "comfort" feeliing was before WLS.  It's downright miserable.  I need to put a sign on my fridge that says "Full Feeling Sucks!".
Ruthie, I just took about a cup of greek yogurt, added a little splenda, a few tablespoons of sf cheesecake pudding mix and stirred.  Then used no sugar added cherry pie filling for a topping.  I think it would be real good with banana cream pudding also, or hold the pudding and top with apple pie filling.  My DH liked it.  He's losing weight as well.
