Oh Heather, I feel your pain.  I remember those days so well with my DD.  I am glad to report that they do grow up.  Mine is now 30 and is an elementary school teacher.  I think her DD is going to give her a run for her money also-it is so funny!!
I hope she gets her assignments done so she can attend the school she wants to go to.

I am so feeling your pain! My 14 yr old son has decided that he does not have to do any work at all, class work, tests and even homework. I make him do it at home, he doesnt turn it in. Have had his meds changed(crossing fingers) it works.
I have already told his teachers that I give up. I refuse to pay any more tutors, do any more after school study halls or even help him study (unless he asks). I WANT him to suffer the consequences for his inactions. I really dont care at this point and I believe the teachers and him believe me. The kids is exceptionally bright but does not care.
He actually told me," Why try, they will just pass me anyway"
I went to the school and threatened the entire school systems with a law suit if he passes and it is not deserved. I WILL DO IT!
I know how you feel hun, hanging in there with you.
