My PCP took me off of my blood pressure meds today! Got all my labs done so waiting for results. She said she was jealous of my wt loss, I couldn't believe it :)

Good for you. I got off one in Jan, hopefully the other in March. You should be thrilled.

Congratulations! Whenever I get discouraged, I remind my self this journey is about health. Not needing blood pressure meds is wonderful. My blood sugar returned to normal after surgery, so I could quit my metformin. Smaller sizes are fun, but better health rules!

Thanks everyone. I love getting off the meds, I think that will be the last one through, only the thyroid med is left and it won't be going anywhere :)
