-protein coffee  13g
B:   scrambled egg w/ sge crumble and cheese
-  shake 31G protein, 0carbs, 0 sugar
L:   light salami slices with cream cheese rolled up, colby cheese cubes, 1 inch banana
-   shake 31G protein 0 carbs, 0 sugar
D:  Making beef stroganoff for family ~ eating some of the meat from sauce skipping noodles
      

Vits: doing good
Water: sipping away the day
Miles: 2 miles of walking today; getting back in the habit!

Height 5' 7"   ~  HW 264  ~ SW 234 ~ GW 160 or less made goal with in 1 year ~ regain now back on track

Weighed and measured at Curves this morning. Only lost 4 lbs last month in there records. So I really am going to try to stay away from the carbs for a while. I thought since I wasn't eating much and not very often, it wasn't slowing me down but maybe it is. So good carbs only and really watching those.

lentil soup with cheese 10g
pepperoni 9g
chicken, brocalli 25
decaf protein 30g

calories 632
pretien 90g
Carbs 21g

Added another protein after I did the totals.

weird! i was thinking about bathing suits too. i want a new one or two for this summer. i really want a one shoulder suit. they are sooo pretty. also,  i usually wear a one piece but i was thinking of trying out a tankini. we'll see.

B - 1 egg, 1 slice ham 1/2 piece of rye toast with butter
B2 - 2 scoops of choc protein in 2% milk (yea - at BF's place, he WAS drinking whole milk, at least got him to 2%).
L - 1/2 BLT wrap

B:  1 scoop protein, 1/2 scoop click & chocolate toriano syrup mixed w/ starbucks frapl ight           blended  with ice  33 g

L:  Grilled chicken breast, salad with yogurt dressing 20 g

S:  Fuzzy Navel slush 23 g

S:  Blueberries, Greek Yogurt mixed with a little cool whip and a little white choc SF pudding 10 g

D:  Hamburger pattie green beans 21 g

Hi Roz,

I wanted to come say congratulations on the new grandbaby.  I'm glad that everyone is doing well and that we get you back!!  :)

I've been posting my food over on the Low Carb group but figured I can post it here as well.  I've been really cutting the carbs and upping the fat and getting some good, but slow rewards. 

Here's my eats in random order:

Morning:
2 oz queso blanco
1 T cream
2 oz chicken breast
Lunch:
3/4 cup chopped chicken liver
1/2 stalk celery
Dinner:
5 oz pot roast
1 T sour cream
Maybe for a snack later - but included in totals anyways just in case
2 oz Fage
1/4 cup blueberries

Calories - 842
Protein - 76
Carbs - 14
