What are your fitness plans today? Cardio for me. maybe weights later this week...
What are your goals this week? For me, I am going to try to get back into running. Nothing aggressive, not that I was before, but I truly enjoyed it....soooooo.....gonna try it again. I had a good base so we'll see where it goes this week.

Does laundry count as excercise, apparently my children decided that it would be "fun" to pull everything out of their dressers, dance around on it then knowing full well they are not allowed drink in their room, spill water everywhere! I ahve about 10 loads to do now, I want to SCREAM! So I am back and forth with laundry.
I am gonna get back with the Y tomorrow and see if I can release some stress.

I drove Chili this morning, rode Poppy this afternoon and have Zumba this evening. Woo Hoo.
I plan to make it to Curves 3 x at least this week and do the ponies everyday it isn't raining. At leat one if not both of them. I'm tired of the 150s, ready to see the 140s.

Hey girly...I truly miss it and I miss it so much but have been so paranoid to have weak pelvic muscles and drop things again....sooooo...I am saying SCREW IT!!!
If it falls it falls and there's a surgery to fix it...right? I enjoyed the mental stress release and the personal competition and accomplishments. A bad run is still a good run! So, i will be starting back up and we'll see where it takes me....

I've only been to spinning once, but I really enjoyed it. You make it as difficult as you want really.....at least that was how the class I was in was handled. It's my opinion that anyone could do it. It was so fun -- they had all the lights out with only black lights....and it was really fast-paced fun music. Try it out! I really don't think it will overwhelm you.
good afternoon. january did go by really quick! i have been doing HW all day and haven't had time to exercise...i'm drinking rockstar (horrible but at least it's 0carb) right now because it's going to be a long night....going to get in a good long run later for a break inbetween papers...shooting for 5 miles!
