What in the world is OOpsie bread lol ?

Now i dont know about U guys .... bu t when i melt real cheese all this BUTTERY FATTY stuff comes out ..ie the FAT

And when i think of eating "real " pizza in the past even just a slice or two .... occasionally .. I ALWAYS gained enough weight to CRY and feel desperate ..

BUT I DO CRAVE pizza .... especially in THIS snowy , nasty cozy-making comfort-food weather . This is my Fat - free no wear-it-on -Ur waistline version ....

I make 9 grain sourdough bread in the bread mixer ( just keep a ball of dough from each bread out on a plate - let it dry then reconsititute with warm water 1/2 hour before putting into the mixer ... forever sourdough starter ....)

Sourdough is MUCH easier for the pouch to digest and tastier too ...

then when the dough cycle is over I spin it on my knuckles like a pizza man .... put it down on a pammed cookie sheet and spread it out even further - roll fat free almond milk jalapeno cheese up i n th crust .... and cover the entire bottom with fatfree white sliced cheese ( " swiss " ) works best .

THEN i place my heaping thickened homemade sauce ( with mushrooms , vegan sausage balls ( almost no fat and the SAME taste ) ) on it ..... put vegan pepperoni ... real Italian parmesan /romano asiago cheese sprinkled on top and in the oven she goes .

Landlord loves it and so do I .... and so does my WAISTLINE the next day .... I usually freeze slices too and theyre GREAT popped in the microwave and then melted ( and crisped ) briefly in theoven....
