Parmesan Crisps
I haven't made them but I seem to remember seeing that you just piled grated (fresh not green can) cheese in small piles on a cookie sheet and baked it until they melt and stick together.

Price! I'm so glad you posted that it should be "real" parmesan and not the stuff in the can. I would have used that. Reminds me of the time we were making pinatas in grade school and we were supposed to bring starch. I brought a can of Niagara Spray Starch and all the other kids had the liquid stuff!!
I cut up American Cheese into little squares, put them on parchment paper, and put in the microwave until they melt and turn a light brown around the edges....yummy. You could probably do this with any cheese.

I've done them on the griddle. Lightly spray with PAM. then, using about a tablesppon at a time put in little piles. As soon as you see the edges starting to brown, flip them over. Usually takes just a few seconds. I then put on papertowels to blot. Very simple, but very yummy!
