Sunday weigh in :)
Last week I had an increase of 1.8 lbs, which was probably water retention from all the jerky that I was eating. I kicked the jerky to the curb and watched my salt intake, and the scale has rewarded me.
Last week: 128.3
Prior week 126.5
This week: 124.1
Net loss is: -2.4
I also increased my cardio a bit, as well as working with a trainer twice/week and a Reformer Pilates class. Maybe, some of the water retention was due to the weight training? Not sure, but I was eating too much salt.

134.8 This week - same as last week!
I keep saying this, but I really do think my body like this weight, even though I should be about 10lbs less. This is the same weight I was in the begining of 2007 right before I got preggo with DS #2 - Im wearing all the same cloths as I did then (oh yeah, I kept em!)

I weigh daily but only count my Monday weigh-in because I go to Weigh****chers on Monday night. I've been really cutting carbs down below 20 and after a couple of weeks I am seeing progress.

Today - 163.8

Hey there...I weigh daily and this time last week I was at 132.8, this week, 130.8.
I stayed forever around 134.8 for like months and months...not joking. Right around the end of August. Since doing the 5DPT and reseting my plan and doing low carb has helped a lot!! I have stayed at 130.8 for over a week so it's not just a fluke...lol
I hope to see 129'ish shortly...

For me , it was a net loss of one pound. I weigh every day and saw bouncing all week. This was the start of my third month, so I am a bit disappointed. I had lots of thoughts from your help, body getting adjusted, more muscle, maybe too much salt (I had some canned soup), not enough water and protein. All the voices in my head, so thanks.
