The Wii said I was 29.82 BMI today, after breakfast and coffee, even. I am no longer obese, now overweight.

Doing the happy dance.

That is awesome!!! Congrats! I don't like that wii active or whatever it is because my character is so short and fat haha!

I have noticed mine isn't quite as fat but the board still groans when I step on.

Congratulations on reaching the overweight category. I hadn't noticed, but the last time that I saw my pcp in December, he said that I was no longer obese. It is a great feeling and another milestone reached.

Hard to believe, but I am still not a normal BMI for my height. I am currently about 124.1, depending upon the day, which makes me a 25.1 BMI. Normal BMI would be 123.5 and that is the high end at 24.9. 120 lbs has been my goal (my surgeon's goal was higher) and I seem to be closing in on it. Hard to believe (again).

Great job! I was happy not to be morbidly obese. I always hated the way that sounded.
