It's Saturday!!! This is been both an exciting but rough week and I'm really glad it's over.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Hi, everyone! I had a great work out with my trainer but I felt woozy afterwards. I had a protein shake and a half of pure protein before the workout but it must not have been enough. I also checked my BP on the way home at the grocery store and it was 103/60. I better start tracking it. I may need to adjust my meds.
My trainer told me that it would be good to add a banana on the days that we are working out together. He is concerned that I will not access the protein quick enough for fuel. What do you all think of that?
Here are my eats:
B- protein drink with a few fresh strawberries (40 g)
S- 1/2 pure protein bar (10 g)
L- chicken salad (13 g)
S- greek yogurt w SF preserves (18 g)
D- ground turkey-veggie pasta sauce (10 g)
S- fudgsicle (3 g)
