Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.   It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Hi, Roz and Jody. Ugh, I have to work most of the afternoon but I am sneaking in a manicure later. Here's the food plan:

B- protein drink w strawberries (40 g)
S- string cheese (6 g)
L- chicken salad (10 g)
S- LF spinach dip w 4 crackers (3 g)
D- shrimp w ****tail sauce (12 g)
S- greek yogurt w SF preserves (18 g)

Miles: Recovery day but will do some stretching on the ball.

I added soft foods today so I'll start posting

B: 1 Egg beater & one small serving applesauce
S: Protein Shake made with lactaid milk (chocolate /caramel SF Flavor) 34 grams
2 S: Protein Shake: made with water (vanilla, raspberry SF Flavor) 34 grams
L:

Not counting carbs or fats at this point but my liquids are diluted apple or cranberry juice depending on what floor I am on, bedroom floor is apple juice, living room floor is cranberry.
Not sure where the rest of the day will go.

Good morning everyone...I've decided to move back in with my parents for my last semester in college. We only live 2 miles apart and I'm at their house 75% of the time so money wise it just makes sense. Today is the moving day and bold and behold the first rain of January is here lol. Here are the eats.
