Hi guys,
Really busy at work the last 2 days. Got my bridge put in at the dentist's yesterday afternoon too. Wisdom tooth site looks good too. Yay! I told him I came back so I could kick his butt. That first week post-extraction was terrible.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (40g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee (20g)
S & L  - cubed ham
S - birthday cake for coworkers (one was 70 years old...awww)
