It's Friday....YEAH!!!   DD#3 and baby get home from the hospital today.  My 2 DGD's are going to their Dad's for the weekend so my DD will be able to get some rest and some alone time with Brian and Lexus which will be nice.  I'm in need of alone time and rest too.  The 5 yr. old missed her Mom and cried alot.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.   It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Hi, Roz.  It sounds like things are settling down.  I hope you get some well-deserved R&R this weekend.  I have to work over the weekend so I am taking a little comp time today.  I am working from home this morning, and then doing some errands and spending time with my mom in the afternoon.  My eats today:

B- protein drink with fresh strawberries (40 g)
L-crabmeat salad (10 g)
S-greek yogurt  w SF cherry preserves(18 g)
D-shrimp w ****tail sauce (12 g)
S-Fudgsicle (3 g)

Miles:  25 minutes of elliptical, 50 crunches on the ball

Good morning everyone. I'm trying to find a recipe for a warm protein drink for breakfast since i'm out of hot chocolate but no luck on something that sounds good.

s-protein shot (ew...but, 100 cal, 0 carb, 25g protein)

Hi Roz!  Glad to hear things are going to settle down - get yourself some rest.

Heading back down to DD's tonight and a follow up Dr's appt tomorrow morning.  Then spending the day with DD and my sister and her family (maybe).  Plans haven't been firmed up yet.  FINALLY poo'd.... YEA!!

Not bad - haven't taken any pain drugs today, haven't really needed them.... yet....

When I took my shower I couldn't WAIT to get my bra back on - lol... the weight is a bit much right now just on their own.  Still a lot of bruising of course.

Roz, I'm glad things are starting to settle down...stress...even the happy stuff can just cause chaos on our routines...Hope momma and babbe are doing great!! 

I've noticed my eating has decreased BUT i am making sure to get my protein in...

B - protien shake (24g & 114 cal)
S - egg white (6g & 35 cal) & 3 slices turkey bacon (6g & 105 cal)
S - biscotti (3g & 150 cal)
L - 1/4 c of black beans & 2 oz chicken breast served w/salsa (15g & 115 cal)
S - apple
D - ??
S - protein shake (24g & 114 cal)

protein: 78g w/o dinner
calories: 633 w/o dinner

Vits: 1 batch left
H2O: 48oz down...48 to go
