Fitness Fun - January 28

Good morning LW's

Happy FRIDAY!!! Another week concludes! I'm starting to slowly get back into a routine. Feels great especially when I start seeing results. So, the scale has been real nice to me this week. I am @ 130.8. I have gone up .2-.4 here and there but no biggie. I weigh daily because it helps me with my short term focus on what I am doing right and what I am doing wrong. So, staying focused and moving in the right direction...

How about you? How was this week for you? Anything you want to share that was an accomplishment?

Hey beautiful lady...my buddy...I miss you posting!! 

Question for you....did you ever get that pilates machine set up? I have seen a few here and there on tv and it reminds me to ask you. If you did...do you like it? Does pilates really work?

I hear yoga is better...pilates is better...who knows right? But any direction for me would be freakin fabulous!!

I went to my first ever spinning class this morning.....one full hour and it kicked my a**! Terrific workout!

Good job on the loss!

I swam for an hour today; laps in the 50 meter pool. No running today!
